I have seen it rain before,but tonite I witnessed a full feldge summer time down pour on December 23.It was raining so hard I could not see the neighbors house accross the street!To top it off the temp is suppose to drop to -15 overnite,only in Quebec!It was looking pretty wintery, now more spring like.
Weather aside I would like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
So much for all our snow
